I love creating effective & addictive exercise programs for all levels. My latest creation is Kick-HIIT™, a fusion of HIIT and Martial Arts. I am a yoga instructor, a blackbelt in Taekwondo, a former dance instructor, and trained with my college boxing club. I also design Corrective Exercise programs to address existing muscle imbalances and create a foundation to prevent future injury. **Note: My schedule is a bit limited, but feel free to message me about additional availability & questions!
