I love creating effective & addictive exercise programs for all levels. My latest creation is Kick-HIIT™, a fusion of HIIT and Martial Arts. I am a yoga instructor, a blackbelt in Taekwondo, a former dance instructor, and trained with my college boxing club. Yoga with Judy is great!
I usually do personal training and kickboxing with Judy, but I just completed a yoga class with her and loved it! The flows were seamless and well guided. She provided good additional verbal cues to get me in the right position. I will see you next week for yoga as well Judy! Thank you!
Perfect way to start my Sunday morning feeling energized. Really enjoyed Judy's training style. Great teacher -- I felt I had a great ratio of warmup, cardio, strength training, and cool down / stretching. I'll be back :)
Beer and biscuits!!
Today I found wello and for the first time in quite some time I have had a very effective workout!!! (I have 3 children aged 5,5 and 3 and haven't exercised in 5 year. I was very fit pre kids) Judy was fantastic!!! We are on different levels of fitness but I didn't feel at all intimidated by that. She was very clear and explained the routine very well. I really enjoyed the session. I had a 30 minute one to one and have signed up straight away for 10 more. I feel I am on track! Highly recommended UPDATE; I had my fourth session today. I am still thrilled. 30 minutes flew by and thanks to Judy correcting my form I really worked the muscles that I should work during each exercise. I booked this session quite last minute as I have friends staying this weekend and I thought it might help me keep on track and burn some of the extra calories. I'm really looking forward to my next workout with Judy and have even started following her video on stretching each night. 10/10
Great workouts with Judy
I now have had the pleasure to have Judy train me for over 6 workouts and each one has been awesome. She is definitely "In-Tune" with your needs and switches things up so that it's not monotonous. I highly recommend JUDY!!!

What a great workout!
Judy is a great trainer. She's really encouraging and takes the time to make sure your form is good and you're breathing properly. She puts together a workout so challenging and interesting that the time just flies by! I definitely recommend training with her.
Great, Fun Workout!
Just finished a great kick/HIIT workout with Judy. Reviewed the various kicks and moved into simple combos with some mat work in between. Ready to move to the next level!

Always a great yet challenging workout with Judy. She's fun and motivating but will test your limits through each set of the moves. Every inch will burn oh so good in the end. Make sure to stretch it out!
Phenomenal core workout
Judy is so encouraging! She did an amazing job focussing on form throughout the 30 minute session. As a bonus, after assessing my needs, she added stretching and cardio to make this an A++ workout.

My first time ever doing a Tae Kwon Do workout, and first time with a one on one trainer, and I loved it. Judy worked at just the right pace for me and I love being able to workout with a trainer in the comfort of my own home. By george I think this may actually work for me! And that is amazing. Thank you Judy for a great workout! Thank you Wello for bringing this brilliant fitness concept to life.
Judy really helped me get back into my workout routine, I'm not as sore as I thought I would be today :)
Judy and I have worked out together over 3 sessions. She has coached me from boxing cross training to tae-kwon-do to stretching. All of which were excellent. I also challenged Judy by having 3 different environments, from the home, office, and while traveling in a hotel all with very limited space and Judy was able to modify each workout to meet the dimensions we had to work with. I find Judy to be the most dynamic coach, with a wide range of skill sets and work out routines which can accommodate everyone. She provides excellent instructions that are easy to understand and pays attention to form, pace, and intensity. I most highly recommend Judy for your Wello work outs.
Friendly trainer, energizing yoga!
I just took Judy's Awaken Your Day yoga class, and I feel great! Judy's very friendly and casual. She led me through an energizing yoga practice at the right pace for me, but still challenging. Looking forward to working out with her again.
Awesome class! This was only my second or third time taking a yoga class of any kind. I have arthritic knees and very tight muscles all over. Judy adapted the workout and showed me modifications that not only kept me from getting frustrated, but allowed me to loosen up and become more flexible than I have been in a very long time. And this was just the first session! Guaranteed, there will be many more sessions with Judy in the future!
I was lucky enough to be the only person in this workout, so Judy tailored it to my interests/needs. It was excellent!!!
Great Yoga Kick hour
Judy was able to mix yoga and kickboxing effectively to give us a great hour of workout. She started with yoga for upper body and then mixed it with kickboxing for lower body for a really balanced and fun workout. She is also very attentive to your posture and can spot mistakes and correct them immediately. Would highly recommend!

Despite the small technical issues, I got a great stretch, Judy showed me some stretches to help my TIGHT hip flexors. Looking forward to my next stretching session with Judy!
Great first work out!
Judy's Kick-Hiit was challenging enough for me to break a sweat and work muscles in a new way but not so difficult that I couldn't keep up. Definitely a good balance and great work out. Also, a lot of the stretches were yoga based which I really liked.
My husband and I both took Judy's full belly workout! It was a great class!! It was lower impact but we still felt the burn and had an amazing workout! Judy does a great job of working in every muscle group! We will be taking more classes!
Great workout, got my heart-rate going without the high-impact on joints. Judy pays close attention to your movements and provides an custom workout to fit your needs.
Wonderful start to my day!
I feel very energized and strong after Judy's Awaken Your Day Yoga. We did balancing, strengthening and deep stretching poses that flowed very well together. I'm not a morning person, but I really look forward to getting up early just to join Judy's workout.

I thought this workout was fantastic! It was my first ever live online training session (a gift from my other half!) and I really enjoyed it. I normally do Zumba DVDs / body pump DVDs, but this is definitely the way forward! Judy explained things really clearly and gave great encouragement too. It was challenging but lots of fun and I certainly felt like I had worked out! Let's hope there are more gifts on the way!!!

Just had my first workout with Judy and loved it! She's extremely knowledgable and very motivating. I'm not someone who typically uses a trainer, but I'm definitely a convert. I can't wait to do another class!

Relaxing Stretch Session
Judy is amazing, not only does she kick tail workout wise..she is limber and her stretching class was great! Highly recommend!

Judy led a great workout. Plenty of sweat. The yoga portion was good for my core, and the kick portion really helped me with my extremely inflexible hips and hamstrings.

Fun and challenging
Judy was great. I had a hard time connecting (first time) and she was right there waiting for me when I finally got there. She was flexible with the time and offered to go a full hour even though I was late. I had another appointment, so couldn't, but appreciated her offer. The workout was much better than I expected. I thought it would be very similar to doing a DVD, but it was really like having a personal trainer. She was able to help me with form and it was a challenging workout for me.

Being in the flow beyond time zones...
Yes, I know that I've booked the 'Awaken Your Day' Yoga session with Judy - but it happen to be 9pm for me over here in China. So she transitioned with ease into a more evening suitable flow of exercises and managed to give me a sweat and yet relax me totally at the end of the session. Thank you for this great workout! Will be back for more! :)
This session with Judy was my first stretching session with a trainer, and Judy modified the movements as we went along so I could keep up. It was challenging, but well worth the time and energy.
Great workout experience
I had a great workout with Judy today! She was very clear in her instructions and gave very useful feedback. But most importantly, she catered the workout to my specific needs and was super motivating. Her Yoga Kick class exceeded my expectations.
Kick-HIIT: A Big HIIT
Decided to sign-up for this group session as this was my first Wello workout and I'd never done such a workout before. Figured I'd be able to "blend in/" As it turned out, ended up being just me showing up. Judy was simply amazing! She is an incredible instructor and an extremely effective trainer. She has great motivational skills as well. She really cares about those in her classes She truly enjoys what she does and that joy is contagious. During my workout, she was patient, making sure I safely and efficiently executed moves that were new to me. Once I got it and was comfortable, she pushed me, customizing the workout to meet my needs, thus making it an incredible and enjoyable workout. I cannot say enough about how great an experience it was and how wonderful it was receiving training from Judy...even when my flash plugin crashed after which she gladly talked me through the end stretches! :-) Thank you, Judy! Judy was great. We did a nice mix of circuits that gave me a great cardio workout as well as some toning. Judy did a nice job pacing us and watching our technique. I'll definitely be back!
Kicking my butt, not my wall
I had the pleasure of taking Judy's Sunday Kick-HIIT class last week. Not only was it a great workout, but kickboxing was a surprisingly fun way to start getting back into shape, and anyone slightly interested should definitely give it a try. Judy herself was great! Very attentive to my needs. I had a recent knee injury that she was very mindful of, supplying low-impact versions of various moves and helping to instruct me on how to keep from injuring it further. Even beyond that, I have a pretty limited amount of space to workout in. I was positively amazed at how well Judy helped me to utilize the space I had to get a good workout, without putting my foot through a wall. I was very worried coming into the class about my ability to do a full range of kicks without breaking things, but with some small adjustments Judy was able to make it work perfectly. I highly recommend Judy to anyone looking for a great workout, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience--a great star

This is my first Yoga-Kick session with Judy and it turned out just what I needed today. It was intense just the way I liked it and she literally kicked my butt (in a good way). I highly recommend Judy's class or one-on-one, she is really awesome!!!
Judy provided a great, well rounded exercise both cardio and strength building. She is the right mix of motivator and drill sargent. She corrected any mistakes and kept up a good pace. She answered questions after the work out which was great.
Therapy / Rehab
Judy was fantastic. I am recovering from a back injury and my physical therapist recommended doing stretches at home. Since I am not knowledgeable in stretching exercise I scheduled a sessions with Judy. She was fantastic! She asked numerous questions to find out about my condition and then taught me in some great stretches that I can incorporate into my daily exercise routine from now on to stay healthy & build a strong back. Thank you Judy!
