In therapy, I was told I will only be as good as the hard work I put back into myself. That was the phrase that helped me then and it is the phrase I live by today. Willie is Awesome!
It's been a month since I started training with Willie and I've been nothing but immensely pleased. His positive attitude combined with his trained ability to mix up workouts tailored for me are two of the many reasons why he's so awesome. I've been an athlete for quite some time but I've never seen results (and enjoyed the pain!) as significant and fast as I have working with Willie. It's pretty amazing. I strongly recommend anyone of any fitness level to work with him. Willie is working wonders
One week on the 30 day challenge and I am already feeling the changes in my body. More energy, losing inches, knees stronger. Every session different. After years of trying I am finally starting to see results. My goal is to lose weight and be able to stop taking insulin shots. With Willies help I actually believe I can meet this goal. In one week I have already reduced my insulin use by approximately 40%
Friendly, Encouraging, Fun
Willie coached me through a general training session with mostly my own body weight - It was fun, convenient and he definitely kept me going when the burn set in!
Willie pushes you to do your best...
...and keeps you there throughout the workout. His Military Style Bootcamp class is no joke! Willie alternates between plyometric, cardio, and strength exercises to provide a true full-body HIIT experience. The minute-long breaks between each circuit are a much-needed recovery, no matter what your fitness level is. I sometimes have lower back and ankle problems, and Wille is really good about providing low impact but effective modifications for that. If you want results, train with Willie!
Willia is awesome! He makes sure that I am ready for my training sessions, he coaches me beyond what I perceived to be my limitations. He is patient, but very persistent. I would definitely recommend him as a trainer!

"Happy Hour" Bootcamp
I've been training with Willie for a few weeks now, and I am so happy that I picked him to help me get into my bridesmaid dress! He pushes me harder than any trainer ever has, and have seen my strength increase dramatically as a result. Thanks Willie!

I had a really good first workout with Willie. He was able to design a routine that works with my physical limitations. He was very encouraging, engaging, and observant of my form and fatigue level throughout the session. As a result, I have booked a package of 12 sessions with him over the next month.
I booked Willie because I liked his training video and because his bio said he has overcome physical set backs and gotten back into health. Training with him exceeding my expectations and I found him compassionate and understanding to my goals and my limitations. But don't let the nice guy in the camera fool you, he worked me so hard and would not let me quit. He does a timed workout style that works the whole body and keeps the heart rate up. I literally felt like I lost 5 pounds during his workout! And I felt strong for days afterwards. He's my favorite trainer so far.

Another Great Workout!
Fun to work out with my friends and get a great sweat on from my home. Seriously obsessed with Wello! And can't recommend Willie high enough.
I had my first workout with Willie today and it went great! He was the perfect motivator and challenged me at just the right level.
Willie definitely pushed me to the point of results, you know the place right beyond where you want to stop but where your body actually has to stop... yeah he's good!
A nice workout, but I was a bit disappointed that it finished earlier than the 30 minutes it was supposed to go.

Willie did a high intensity interval workout with me. In just 30 minutes, he had me working really hard and sweating. It was a great workout. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to try a no-nonsense trainer. He was on time and managed our time very effectively as well.
Will work all muscle groups
This is a good thing. This workout was a great way to kickstart my exercise routine again after my vacation hiatus. Willie challenged me but made sure that I was capable of doing the workouts by checking in throughout the hour. Highly recommend this class for people that are here to WORK OUT.
I had a great workout with Willie this morning. He paid attention to the my responses to the questionaire and created a workout that didn't hurt my knees and targeted my core and arms just like I wanted. I've already booked another workout and I'm going to recommend him to my co-workers at WW.

Will was friendly and challenging. He pushed me but made sure I had breaks and water. I was surprised by how much workout he could pack into 25 minutes. Keep up the good work!
What a workout!
Willie was great. He totally kicked my butt (in a good way) in only 25 minutes. He had a great personable touch, frequently checked to be sure I was ok (had a small injury prior to session) and made sure I was getting a great workout in. And, he was available on-demand, rather than having to book in advance. Huge plus. Thanks Willie!

No Guts No Glory Bootcamp
Willie kicked my sorry, out of shape self into gear. It was a blast to take this class with my colleagues and Willie, He was super encouraging, very motivating and patient. Having always been a notorious plank cheater, Willie motivated me to actually try the side plank and hold it the full length of time. The fact that I actually did is nothing short of a miracle. Looking forward to my next boot camp!

This was my first workout with Willie, and despite some audio issues, he was amazing! managed to get in an amazing workout that has my legs burning ! Can't wait to do another one of Willie's bootcamps!
Workout Gets Your Heart Rate Up!
Willie's workout has been one of my favorite Wello workouts! My group class had 5 people. We did repetitions of the following 6 exercises- burpees, planks, mountain climbers, squats, kicks, and lunges. We gradually increased the amount of time we'd do each exercises- from 10 seconds up to 60 seconds. It was A LOT of fun. I like how Willie pushed us and mixed things up.
He was an excellent trainer!! I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and knowledge!! Thank you for a great workout!! Your phenomenal!

Willie was awesome and very motivating. He stresses that he wants you to really push yourself. His workouts are regimented in a good way - you push through a round of back to back exercises and are able to look forward to a short recovery before the next set. I'm definintely going to do this one again! :)
My session was only 25 minutes, but with a lower back concern Willie always made sure to check in on how I was feeling. He had a bright personality and a wealth of knowledge to share. I definitely recommend him!

Military Style Bootcamp
This was my first experience w/Wello. Willie did a great job--he was very comfortable and competent leading the class on line and he set a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere. It was a challenging, good workout.

Willie pushes you through an intense workout. With high intensity intervals, he makes your workout high paced and constantly engaged. He motivates and wants you to surpass your limits!

Great saturday workout
Definitely was challenged by the Military style boot camp class. I was exhausted. Willie is awesome at changing things up constantly so you stay engaged and goal oriented. Amazing start to the weekend.
Willie had a lot of good energy and walked us through all of the exercises. Lots of fun and kept it interesting for our group.
